4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policies
Booking Policy
All sessions must be booked in advance through my website or direct contact.
Sessions are available in-person, virtual, private, and group depending on availability.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or other listed payment options.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
✔ 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or canceling appointments.
✔ No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be non-refundable unless otherwise discussed.
If Hawthorn Healing needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
