The Art of Letting Go
Release What No Longer Belongs
Not everything we've carried into a new year is meant to come with us.
Through guided reflection, intention setting, chakra balancing, and an intuitively curated sound journey, you're invited to gently explore what you're ready to release.
Old expectations. Unnecessary pressures. Patterns that no longer feel aligned with who you're becoming.
There is nothing to force and nothing to figure out. Simply an opportunity to soften your grip, create space within, and welcome whatever comes next.

Sacred Integration
An Optional Enhancement to Your Sound Healing Journey
EXTEND YOUR EXPERIENCE
Your sound healing journey doesn't have to end when the bowls become silent.
Sacred Integration offers a personalized experience combining intuitive Bach flower selection with the connection between scent, memory and emotion.
AROMATIC INTENTION RITUAL
Our sense of smell is closely connected to the brain's emotional and memory centres. Before your sound journey, you'll be invited to experience an intuitively selected essential oil aroma on a personal scent strip, encouraging you to turn inward, connect with your intention and notice what arises.
You'll also discover its traditional chakra association and potential metaphysical properties.
INTUITIVELY SELECTED BACH FLOWER BLEND
Using my pendulum, I'll intuitively select and prepare a personalized Bach flower blend just for you, along with information about the traditional emotional associations of your selected essences.
