Preparing Your Space
Before your session, take a few moments to create a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax and receive.
Choose a place where you are unlikely to be disturbed, such as your bed, couch, yoga mat, or another cozy resting area. Dim the lights, silence your phone, and close any unnecessary notifications or distractions. You may wish to light a candle, wrap yourself in a soft blanket, and use pillows or an eye pillow to help your body feel supported.
Have a glass of water nearby and adjust the room temperature so you can remain comfortable throughout the session. The space does not need to be perfect or elaborate. What matters most is that it feels peaceful, private, and supportive to you.
Once everything is prepared, allow yourself a few quiet moments to settle in, soften your breathing, and gently arrive.

The Power of Intention
At the beginning of each sound healing session, I invite you to pause and connect with a gentle intention for your experience.
An intention is not a goal that needs to be achieved or forced. It is simply a way of bringing awareness to what you may be ready to receive, release, understand, or explore. This can help create a clear and supportive focus as you settle into the session.
You may choose an intention related to rest, emotional release, clarity, self-compassion, spiritual connection, or physical well-being. There is no right or wrong intention. Sometimes, the most meaningful intention is simply:
I am open to receiving what I need today.
Setting an intention can help direct your attention and encourage a more mindful, receptive state. As your body begins to relax and your awareness turns inward, the intention may act as a gentle anchor throughout the sound journey.
The Wheel of Intention
To support this process, I created a curated Wheel of Intention featuring chakra-inspired themes and healing reflections.
A link to the wheel is included with relevant virtual sound journeys, as well as online group and private Zoom sessions.
You are invited to spin the wheel once and receive the intention it offers. Rather than overthinking the result, allow yourself to notice how the words feel and what they may bring forward for you in that moment.
Whether you are seeking relaxation, emotional support, clarity, renewal, or a deeper connection with yourself, your intention can help create a meaningful starting point for the session.
Nothing needs to be accomplished. Simply arrive, soften, and remain open to your experience.
