Integration Continues After the Sound Fades
A sound healing session does not necessarily end when the final tones fade. In the hours and days afterward, you may continue reflecting on the experience and noticing subtle changes in your energy, emotions, thoughts, sleep, or awareness of your body.
Some people feel calm, clear, refreshed, or energized. Others may feel tired, emotional, quiet, or more aware of sensations that were already present. You may also notice vivid dreams, new insights, or a desire for additional rest.
There is no single “right” way to integrate. Every person and every session is different.

Allow Yourself Time
Between Sessions
When possible, I recommend leaving approximately one week between full sound healing sessions, whether you are working with me in person or listening to an online journey.
This gives you time to:
-
reflect on the experience
-
notice any emotional or personal insights
-
rest and return to your usual rhythm
-
practise what arose during the session
-
decide what kind of support feels appropriate next

Gentle experiences can still require time and energy to process. More is not always better. Allow your body and mind to guide the pace.
