Bach Flower Essence Mixtures for In-Studio Clients
I am a Certified Level 1 Bach Flower Practitioner, having completed my training through a Bach Centre–approved course offered by Bach Flowers Canada. This training supports my understanding of Dr. Edward Bach’s original system of 38 flower remedies and their traditional use in relation to emotional states and personal well-being.
Bach Flower Remedies were developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s as a gentle system intended to support emotional balance. Dr. Bach believed that a person’s emotional state played an important role in overall well-being and created 38 individual flower remedies, each traditionally associated with a particular emotional pattern or experience.
The remedies are prepared from flowers and plants and are selected according to the individual’s emotional needs rather than a physical diagnosis. They may be chosen in relation to experiences such as fear, uncertainty, discouragement, loneliness, overwhelm, or difficulty adjusting to change.
For private in-studio sound healing sessions, I may intuitively select and prepare a personalized Bach Flower mixture based on the emotional themes, intentions, and reflections that arise during your session. The blend is intended to offer gentle support as you continue integrating your experience in the days that follow.
After your session, you will receive your personalized mixture. It may contain up to seven essences, combined with spring water and preserved with a small amount of brandy.
Suggested Use
Take four drops, four times per day, until the bottle is finished.
Frequency is traditionally considered more important than the number of drops taken at one time.
Bach Flower Remedies are a complementary wellness practice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent illness. They should not replace appropriate medical or mental-health care. Anyone who needs to avoid alcohol should speak with me before receiving a mixture so that an appropriate alternative can be discussed.
