Summer Outdoor Group Sessions
Beginning Sunday, June 14th, 2026, these intimate outdoor sound healing sessions will be held in the quiet, natural setting of my backyard, offering a calm and supportive space to rest, receive, and reconnect.
Each session is a full chakra balancing experience, intuitively guided and curated in the moment using 17 crystal singing bowls alongside a wide variety of other instruments. The sound journey is designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic alignment, allowing the body to settle into a deeper state of rest while the frequencies move through both body and field.
These gatherings are intentionally small, with a maximum of 10 participants, creating a more grounded and personal atmosphere.
Sessions will be held biweekly on Sunday evenings from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM, weather permitting, on the following dates:
• Sunday June 14, 2026
• Sunday June 28, 2026
• Sunday July 12, 2026
• Sunday July 26, 2026
• Sunday August 9, 2026
• Sunday August 23, 2026
Select evenings may align with moon cycles and include simple intention setting.
Exchange: $35 per person
A mat, pillow, and sanitized eye mask will be provided for each participant.
You are welcome to bring anything that will help you feel comfortable, such as a blanket or additional support for your body.
NOTE*
Two zero gravity chairs are available for those who prefer or require additional support rather than lying on a mat.
Private Outdoor Group Sound Healing Sessions
Private outdoor group sound healing sessions are available beginning June 15th, 2026, for families, friends, coworkers, or small groups who would like to share a calming and restorative experience together.
Held in the quiet, natural setting of my backyard, these 1 hour private sessions include approximately 45 minutes of live sound healing and offer a more personal, spacious experience for your group.
Each session is intuitively guided and designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and full chakra balancing through the healing frequencies of 17 crystal singing bowls and a variety of other instruments.
This is a beautiful option for birthdays, family gatherings, friend circles, team wellness experiences, or anyone wishing to pause, reconnect, and receive together.
Mats, pillows and eye masks will be provided for each participant. You are also welcome to bring a blanket or anything additional that will help you feel comfortable during the session.
Exchange: $350 per group
Maximum: 10 participants
