SERVICE DESCRIPTION

 

Upon receiving your intake and consent forms, I will curate a tailored session to address your unique bio-energetic needs. A variety of instruments will be utilized during the session, each intentionally channeling Universal Life Force Energy (Reiki). The primary healing frequency emanates from a set of 16 crystal bowls, while other instruments such as frame drums, waterfall disk, tongue drum, shakers, pipe chimes, wind chimes,  a monochord, and Tibetan singing bowls,  may also be incorporated dependent on your particular needs. Complemented by relaxation breathing techniques, guided meditation, intuitively selected aromatherapy, crystals, color therapy, and chakra/aura gem-infused sprays. Tuning forks may be utilized at the beginning of the session to initiate the mind into a meditative state, allowing for a fully immersive sound healing experience, or to alleviate areas of pain or body system conditions via your body’s meridians.

 

The hour-long session consists of 55 minutes of flowing sounds followed by 5 minutes of silence to facilitate energy grounding. Post-care instructions will be provided, along with an intuitively selected organic aromatherapy bath salt for further integration of the frequencies in your body, and a personalized mixture of Bach Flower Essences to support the healing process post-session.
