SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Upon receiving your intake and consent forms, I thoughtfully prepare and curate a session designed to support your unique bio energetic landscape and healing intentions.

Your experience begins with approximately 10 minutes of gentle chakra balancing to support energetic alignment and receptivity, followed by a guided visual meditation to encourage grounding, relaxation, and intention setting. These opening elements help create a calm inner foundation before the sound journey begins.

A variety of instruments are then intuitively incorporated throughout your session, each intentionally channeling Universal Life Force Energy (Reiki). The primary healing frequency is generated through a set of 16 crystal singing bowls, complemented by additional instruments such as frame drums, waterfall disk, tongue drum, shakers, pipe chimes, wind chimes, monochord, and Tibetan singing bowls, selected in response to your energetic needs in the moment.

Supporting elements including relaxation breathing, aromatherapy, crystals, color therapy, chakra and aura gem infused sprays, and tuning forks may be woven into the session to deepen immersion. Tuning forks may be used at the beginning to encourage meditative awareness or applied therapeutically along meridians to support areas of physical discomfort or energetic stagnation.

The sound immersion includes approximately 55 minutes of flowing therapeutic frequencies followed by a period of intentional silence to support energetic integration and grounding.

Following your journey, we spend 15 to 20 minutes in gentle discussion, allowing space for reflection, questions, and shared meaning making around your experience. Post care guidance will be provided, along with an intuitively selected organic aromatherapy bath salt and a personalized Bach Flower Essence blend to support continued integration of the frequencies within your body and emotional field.
