After Booking: You’ll receive an email with Zoom access details and sound settings instructions to optimize your experience. Deep Healing Through Sound & Shadow Work This 90-minute session is designed for those seeking emotional release, energetic realignment, and deep self-awareness. Each session combines immersive sound healing, gentle shadow work, and intuitive guidance, creating a safe space to explore, process, and integrate hidden aspects of yourself. Upon receiving your intake and consent forms, I curate the experience to meet your unique bio-energetic needs. The healing frequencies are anchored by a set of 16 crystal singing bowls, complemented by instruments such as frame drum, vibe drum, waterfall disk, tongue drum, shakers, pipe chimes, wind chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, kalimba, wayunki, monochord, and the native flute. Supported with relaxation breathing techniques and guided meditation, these sounds channel Universal Life Force Energy (Reiki) to help recalibrate your system. Sound healing works by harmonizing the body’s bio-energetic field and clearing blockages, which may assist in releasing stored emotions, processing unresolved trauma, shifting out of fight-or-flight, and cultivating resilience. Each session includes: 55 minutes of flowing sound to activate deep healing states 5 minutes of silence for grounding and integration 30 minutes of intuitive reflection and discussion Within 24 hours you’ll also receive personalized tarot insights and integration practices—such as journaling, meditation, or affirmations—to deepen the healing beyond our time together. Please note, HST is included for Residents of Canada, if you are outside of Canada I will refund the HST to your account after booking the price of the session without HST is $275.00 CA
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Private Sound Sessions: I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment will receive a 50% refund of the service fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I am happy to do so if within 24 hours of your scheduled session. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows me to accommodate all clients as fairly as possible. If you have any questions or need assistance with rescheduling, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
