Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Private Sound Sessions: I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment will receive a 50% refund of the service fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I am happy to do so at no additional charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows me to accommodate all clients as fairly as possible.
